Some yoga tips are:

1. You need to be comfortable with what you wear for practice
2. Stick to the routine and be discliplined.
3. Be correct with postures by reading from best yoga resources
4. Yoga sessions should ideally end with Shavasana, more commonly known as “corpse pose.”
5. Use a non-slippery mat for better grip.
6. Pay attention to the way your hands and feet are positioned and spread your finger tips and toes to build a firm base of support.
7. One should respect the limitations of the body. Do not over do.
8. Keep in mind that there is no pressure to be perfect as you move through different postures.
